Clay S. I lost all my free graduation credits as my free trial expired today. Can you please return my credits and extend my free trial for a week? Thank you

For free accounts, graduation credits expire at the end of each month when your trial ends. You can try our one-time self-serve trial extension at https://app.clay.com/extend-my-trial/ while logged in - this gives you another 2 weeks. If that doesn't work, you can request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" to verify eligibility for a trial extension.

Hey — sorry about that. Credits from the free trial don’t roll over after it expires. If you move to a monthly plan, unused credits will roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan’s limit. If you choose an annual plan, you’ll get all your credits upfront and can use them anytime. Let me know how many credits you had left — happy to take a look.

I had around 4500 credits left. Can you please extend my account trial until next week only? I was not aware that I will lose the credits
