hi there - i'm trying to import a Salesforce Report and not seeing Contacts & Accounts as an option in the dropdown in Clay. can someone help? thanks in advance!

This might be happening because your Salesforce report has groupings. Clay only supports tabular and matrix reports without groupings for successful data import. Try converting your report to a "tabular" format without any groupings, then attempt the import again. Alternatively, you can try importing directly from Salesforce lists instead of reports, which allows for more comprehensive data access.

The issue might be that your Salesforce report has groupings. Clay only supports tabular and matrix reports without groupings for successful data import. Try converting your report to a "tabular" format without any groupings, then attempt the import again. Alternatively, you can try importing directly from Salesforce lists instead of reports, which allows for more comprehensive data access and bypasses the 2,000 record limit imposed by Salesforce reports.

no, there is no grouping on the Salesforce Report

Hi Brendan, thank you for reaching out! I believe you are using the wrong source here, you need to use the 'Import records from a Salesforce report' source and not the 'Import records from a Salesforce list' Could you try that, and let me know how it goes?
