The ability to purchase credit top-ups depends on your current plan. If you're on the free version of Clay, you won't have the option to buy additional credits - this feature is only available on paid plans.
If you're on a paid plan, you should be able to purchase credit top-ups by going to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits.
For ongoing increased credit usage, upgrading your plan is more cost-effective than buying top-ups, as credit top-ups typically cost 50% more than the regular cost per credit on your plan.
If you're still having trouble accessing the credit purchase option, you may want to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
Hello Anton! Thanks for reaching out. I can see that you are currently on the free plan and hence are unable to purchase new credits. To be able to buy extra credits you need to be on a paid plan. I would suggest upgrading your plan first.
