Hey! Can someone help me understand why I ran out of credits during the weekend? I did review the 'credit usage', but I still don't understand it
There could be a few reasons why you ran out of credits despite reviewing the usage: 1. Auto-update might be on for some tables, consuming credits without your knowledge. 2. There might be deleted tables in your trash folder that used credits before deletion. 3. There could be a processing delay of 1-2 hours in reflecting new credits after a plan renewal. To investigate further, check your detailed credit usage in Workspace Settings > Credit Usage. If you need more credits, you can purchase credit top-ups or consider upgrading your plan. If you're still unsure about the credit usage, please request to talk to a person for a more detailed review of your account.
Hi Nicolas, thanks for your message. It looks like you spent most of your credits in these three tables: 1. You spent 18679 credits in this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356594/tables/t_QxMmKNSAf99P 2. This table set you back 16547 credits: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356594/tables/t_tHWF4EBmJ5mr 3. You also spent 35 credits on this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356594/tables/t_dc8HPRDPuA4x Let me know if this helps narrow down what may have caused the credit spend you were describing here. Happy to help you investigate this further as needed!
Yes, that I could see on the 'credit usage' tab. But I still don't understand how it's consuming that many credits, specially on wwkends when on one is using it. I will start by eliminating all recurrences from all the sources
Hey Nicolas β removing recurring sources is a solid first step. Also, click the gear icon in your table to check if itβs set to run on a schedule. Make sure to confirm whether the entire table or just specific columns are scheduled to run β that could be contributing to unexpected credit usage, especially on weekends.
They are all off. I still don't understand where the credits went. Cause all of the recurring sources were imports from Apify's specific runs, so those do not get any new results
And now every single time I add a new source, i have to change it so that it's manually updated. Is there any way of making that the default?
Also, my plan doesn't renew for 9 more days, and with this I'm now out of credits. Is there a way to get the credits for next month now? Or at least some
Hey there Nicolas thanks for reaching out, after checking on our end this is what we found. You spent 1893 credits over the weekend. The usage was in these two tables: 1. You spent 1317 credits in this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356594/workbooks/wb_xeVTS97Hh9Ms/tables/t_QxMmKNSAf99P/views/gv_DgV4nUxm7SUR 2. You spent 576 credits in this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356594/workbooks/wb_xeVTS97Hh9Ms/tables/t_tHWF4EBmJ5mr/views/gv_bpsXaWPkXUoF Hope this further helps narrow it down further. Also I see both those tables have auto-update running, so that might have caused it to use credits. Additionally have added some credits to your account so that you can continue working here.
Thanks. The breakdown I had already seen on 'credit usage'. Still remains a mistery to me why they run, but OK. Thanks for the credits
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback βNicolas P.β!
