After diving a little deeper, it seems that the columns where these rows haven't run are the issue. HubSpot is waiting on the response to determine if it has to use the data from that field or not:

Thanks for the link. It seems like a few cells were able to run and update your HubSpot account. Can you please let me know whether anything was changed since those cells ran and now?

Thank you for reaching out to the support team, can you send me a link to the table and give me a little more context? Are you saying that when you click the play button to run individual cells nothing happens at all?
For manual runs, right-click the column header and select Play > Force Run All Rows to run all rows regardless of their current status.
You can also use Run Starting from a Specific Row to run from a particular row number by right-clicking the column, hovering over Run Column, then Choose Number of rows to run.
Right-click the column header and select Play > Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors.
You can also choose other run options like Force Run All Rows or Run Starting from a Specific Row from the same menu.
