How is this different than Apollo? That is what we use today.
Unlike Apollo.io which is a sales engagement platform with its own B2B database, we operate differently. We don't have native data - instead, we're a central marketplace that lets you access data from 100+ external enrichment tools, including Apollo itself. Our platform allows you to: ** Choose your preferred data providers ** Use our waterfall feature to search multiple enrichment tools in sequence (only paying when results are found) ** Leverage AI-based enrichment for scraping websites and PDFs ** Connect to additional tools via HTTP API if they're not in our integration list With Apollo specifically, you can use our integration to access their B2B database for company and contact information, validate details, track job postings, and automate lead generation - all within our platform.
Why would Apollo let you access the data they have spent so much money acquiring and building?
Apollo provides API access to their database as part of their business model. When you use Apollo's data through our platform, you'll need your own Apollo API subscription and credentials. You're still paying Apollo directly for their data based on their API pricing and rate limits - the data isn't free or discounted just because you're accessing it through our platform.
Will I need an account with all of your data providers, too?
No, you don't need any outside accounts to use our platform. You can access most of our data enrichment tools by simply paying with Clay credits. Most users only need Clay, an email sending tool, and a CRM to get started with their campaigns. However, if you already have active subscriptions with other data enrichment tools, you can use them in our platform for free by connecting your API keys.

No. You just told me I need an account with Apollo.
Just wanted to chime in here. You don't "need" an Apollo account. Clay partners with all major data providers, and gives you the highest scoring data points from a variety of vendors. So instead of having 2-3 data providers you can just do your list building in Clay. Enrich your CRM and let it purr in your SEP. It's a pretty powerful GTM data source. PS. I don't work for clay.
I second what Kenaniah is mentioning, Clay's much better for getting verified data by cross referencing across multiple databases. And the reason why apollo is a data provider within clay is because Apollo makes money via the # of credits that clay uses, so its a win win for everyone involved
I'm curious, what kind of enrichment are you currently doing with Apollo and what are you trying to achieve? Are you finding your approach lacks uniqueness? Is your sales team spending too much time on manual tasks? These are areas where we typically shine.
I recommend checking our university, case studies and templates to get a better understanding of our capabilities. Most users actually end up replacing their entire tech stack with our services
We definitely don't require Apollo as mentioned previously. We can integrate with any API method, similar to how we work with Apollo or other services, to help save on credits. Most of our users are consolidating their tools and leveraging our comprehensive data sources instead.
