Accessing Update People Search Results for Data Analysis

I have a Companies table where I search for people who work at those companies. After finding them, I run the "Update People Search" action, which shows whether people were found and how many. However, I can't seem to access these results as actual data; when I try to reference this column in formulas or use AI to copy the values to another column, it shows up as blank. Is there a way to make the "Update People Search" results accessible so I can use them in other columns or formulas?
