Hi, I’m getting this error every time I search for companies.

Hi Guy! Thanks for your patience. I just tested and was able to get the preview results from the "Find people at these companies..." and the normal "Find People" search in your workbook. Are you still running into this error?

I duplicate the find people on the find companies workbook and delete the old one

This error occurs after a few company searches. I came across this error and deleted the 'Find People', then created a new one. I thought it was a one-time issue, but I noticed that the error keeps repeating

Try these solutions: Quick fixes: • Refresh your browser (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) • Use the error retry option to rerun only affected rows Check your data: • Verify company website URLs aren't blank or invalid • Ensure domain columns are populated with valid domains • Add missing company identifiers like domain names or company names Update settings: • Open column settings and confirm correct input fields are selected • Save settings and rerun the enrichment If you need further help, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
