Hi Clay S. Bo (. – my company Canal was just acquired, and as part of the transition, our @shopcanal.com emails were deactivated. Unfortunately, this means we no longer have any way to access our Canal <> Clay workspace – including admin accounts. We’d really appreciate guidance on who we can work with to re-authenticate under our new domain (Rokt.com). Let me know what you need from our side – happy to help however we can
To regain access to your workspace after your @shopcanal.com emails were deactivated, you'll need to update your email addresses. Please provide: 1. The current email address on your account 2. The new email address you'd like to use If you've already created another account with the new email address, that account will need to be deleted first. For your co-workers' email addresses, once you regain admin access, you can remove their old emails and re-invite them under your Team Settings. Since this involves account access recovery and email changes that require backend assistance, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" to work with our team on re-authenticating your workspace under your new domain.
