what if i try to log in but it says - unable to log in without any other options
If you're seeing an "unable to log in" error without other options, try these steps: 1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page. 2. If you usually sign in with a password, try the "forgot password" option on the login page. You'll receive an email with password reset instructions. 3. If you don't receive a password reset email, you might be set up to sign in using Google Authentication. Try logging in via Google instead. If these steps don't work, you may need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help with your login issue.

If your trial has expired, you have a couple of options: 1. You can use our one-time self-serve trial extension. While logged into Clay, visit https://app.clay.com/extend-my-trial/ to get another 2 weeks (you may need to refresh your page after extending). 2. If you need more credits beyond what the trial offers, you can: • Purchase credit top-ups through Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Upgrade to a paid plan that includes more credits The standard free trial includes 1,000 credits for 14 days. If the self-serve extension doesn't work for your cohort needs, please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" for specialized help.
