Hi, my company would like to purchase more credits and or obtaining a higher limit. Is there someone that we can speak to about this?

You can purchase additional credits directly through your workspace:
For one-time credit purchases:
1.
Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits
2.
Select the amount needed and click Continue [1]
For ongoing higher credit needs:
1.
Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan
2.
Select a higher tier plan with more monthly credits [2]
For Enterprise-level requirements:
If you need very high volume credits or custom features, fill out this form for enterprise pricing discussion [3]
Credit top-ups are available immediately and cost 50% more than your plan's standard rate. Plan upgrades reset your billing cycle and provide new credit allotments instantly.
