Urgent Help Needed: Contact Enrichment Issue and Credit Clarification
Hi there! I am working on a table and am enriching contacts and I have by mistake run a column before completing the table + running it by my manager 🫠 😓 I understand from when I took my cohort classes earlier this summer (cohort 15) that in this situation, the support team can help by refunding credits. Please help asap - I would really like to get this resolved before EOD. Also - there is some confusion on my side with the waterfall enrichments + credits used. From what I understand via this Clay message board (Link) is that they charge 2 credits regardless, however in Yash's video tutorial, he explains they refund credit for those not where email is not found (less than one min into video). They absorb the cost of missing emails and only cost if they email is found... Can I please get clarity on this ❤️
