Concern Over Unfair Charges for Empty Total Funding Data

I am using the total funding waterfall -- I just got unfairly charged for data from crunchbase and dealroom 7,166 runs but almost all are empty in total funding That's 107,490 credits wasted for data that doesn't exist.

Waterfalls only charge credits for providers that find data, and you won't be charged for most actions that don't return results. If a provider refunds us due to inability to deliver valid data, we correspondingly refund those credits back to you. Since you're experiencing charges for empty results, this appears to be a billing issue that needs review. Please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" so our team can investigate your specific waterfall runs and process any appropriate credit refunds.
