question for yall- I have a table where I'm searching for contacts from companies. I want to know how many people I extracted from each of them. Any way to do this?
Yes! Use the Lookup Multiple Rows integration to count prospects from each company. This scans a column for the company's domain, name, LinkedIn URL, or other identifying value and counts how many cells exist with matching values. You can perform these lookups within the same table or on a separate one to get your count per company.
Hey there Jerry thanks for reaching out, there is a way to do this using a Multiple rows look up inside your company table, where you will try to search for the company domain inside of the people table. After doing this you'll go ahead and extract the total number results value that appears inside of the lookup column, then from here you'll head over to the people table and you'll rerun the company table data column, which is going to go ahead and update this column of any new values that may have appeared inside of the company table. And we should now see the new column that contains the total number of results found we can then go ahead and extract this column inside of the people table to see how many people were found for company.
