Clay S. I would like to check the following: Spreadsheet A column A are company names Spreadsheet B column A are company names as well I would like to check if there are duplicates in Spreadsheet B column A and Spreadsheet A column A
You can check for duplicates between two tables using our Lookup integration. Use the Lookup Single Row in Other Table feature to verify if company names from Spreadsheet A exist in Spreadsheet B. Set up the lookup by selecting the company name column from Spreadsheet A as your input, then configure it to search for matching values in column A of Spreadsheet B. This will identify which companies appear in both spreadsheets. For checking multiple rows at once, use the Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table option.
To use the Lookup integration for checking duplicate company names between two spreadsheets: Step 1: Add the Lookup Single Row in Other Table enrichment to your first spreadsheet Step 2: Configure the lookup: ** Select the table you want to search (your second spreadsheet) ** Choose the company name column as your lookup field ** Set the company name from your first spreadsheet as the lookup value *Step 3: Run the enrichment - it will return matches when company names exist in both tables This functions similarly to VLOOKUP in traditional spreadsheets and will identify which companies appear in both of your tables.
Hi Moritz, thank you for reaching out. I believe that this can be achieved using our Lookup function. This video explains how to set up and use a lookup function in 2 minutes. I suggest using a unique identifier such as LinkedIn URL or company domain in order to find the row you are looking for. Let me know if this helps!
