I figured out one limitation in Clay. I can't pull the number of results from find people source using formulas or AI. If I could pull this number into a column in this table, I'd be able to build a sequential workflow dependent on this result. Is there a way to pull this result somehow?
You can extract the number of people found using the "Add as column" feature:
This extracted number can then be used in sequential workflows and conditional logic.
Did that answer your question?

it is not possible to do this for find people source column

Hi Petar,
Thanks for reaching out to support. Would you be able to provide a bit more context on what you're hoping to do and what your ideal workflow would look like? Would love to investigate how we can make this happen.
Yep! Sounds like a great plan. Have you try using lookup multiple rows. This will scan your table and let you know how many records are coming up of the value that you're comparing. Then, after that, you can place conditional runs on enrichments and reference this column and say something like, "Only run if this value is greater than two," or whatever you want it to be.
Lookup is not allowing me to automate the whole workflow
I want to automate the whole workflow sequentially. Which is not possible with current limitations.
Could you walk me through the flow that you want to automate and what your current flow is? Having a bit more context will help me understand how to advise you best.
-Company table has 10,000 records. Then I use Find People source and push to People table 1 (lets say it finds 2000 people. - In People table 1 there is an email waterfall (lets say it finds 500 emails from 2000 people) - Then I need to find the rest of the companies that Find People source and email waterfall didn't find But automatically. Not to run 3 lookups manually.
I tried everything. It is not possible to automate this type of workflow unfortunately.
so this biggest concern is that we want to find the emails of users who we aren't finding, are you using a waterfall to find email? Feel free to send over your table URL so I can take a closer look at your table and see if we can create a fallback in case emails aren't found in that first cycle.
