Hi there, I've been looking online for good resources on minimising duplication. My situation is this, I've done a lot of work on multiple different company lists and personnel lists. I'm conscious that I've already spent Clay credits generating a huge amount of these numbers and emails and I don't want to spend to add them again. I've read through a few threads but I still couldn't quite work it out. Can you direct me to the best resources on this.
To minimize duplication and save credits in Clay, we recommend the following strategies: 1. Use Lookup columns to check for existing data before enriching. This helps avoid duplicate enrichments by pulling data from your CRM or other Clay tables. 2. Implement conditional runs and AI formulas to filter rows based on specific criteria. This ensures you only enrich qualified contacts, saving credits on unnecessary enrichments. 3. Utilize the Normalize and Deduplicate feature to standardize data formats and remove duplicate entries within your lists. 4. Route all data through Clay as a single, clean data warehouse before adding to your CRM. This acts as a gatekeeper to prevent duplicate data from various sources. 5. Use AI formulas for credit-free data formatting, cleaning, and reshaping, which can save hundreds or thousands of credits compared to using the AI integration for large tables. These methods will help you maintain data quality while minimizing unnecessary credit usage.

Hi Ed A., I’ve worked extensively with Clay for data enrichment and managing large datasets. To minimize duplication and save credits, you can use lookup columns to cross-check existing data before enrichment, set up conditional runs, and normalize your lists. If you need help implementing these steps, I’d be happy to guide you!
