Is there any way to run scheduled backups of Clay tables?
While we don't have a specific backup feature, we offer scheduled columns that can help keep your data up-to-date automatically. Here's how you can set it up:
1. Open your table and click the β
icon in the top right.
2. Under "Run the table", select "On a schedule".
3. Choose your preferred frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly (hourly for Enterprise).
4. Decide whether to run all columns or only selected ones.
This will automatically re-run your table or specific columns, ensuring your data stays current. Keep in mind there are usage limits:
** Starter, Explorer, Pro: 100 tables
** Enterprise: 1000 tables
If you need more specific backup options, please request to speak with a human agent for further assistance.
Hey, thanks for reaching out! I replied in the other thread, so Iβll close this one.
P.S. Next time, please try to keep your request in one message. Thanks!
Thanks Stefano! These were meant as two separate questions, which is why I created two threads. Thank you!
Hi Elias, whilst it is not possible tu run scheduled backups of Clay tables, you can try save a Clay table as a CSV before any big enrichments are made. In this case, if anything goes wrong with your table, you will have this backup available. To download a table on Clay to a csv file, press on "Actions"> "Export".
From the menu that appears, select "Download CSV."
This should download your table as a csv.
