Hey Larry L. it seems my email account was disconnected for the email campaigns, and I am unable to reconnect - going to drop some info in the replies
To reconnect your email account for campaigns: 1. Go to Settings > Connections > Add Connection 2. Select your email service and sign in 3. Set as default for future use You can also test the connection by clicking the ... menu next to your account and selecting Test Connection. If you need further help, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."

Great! It sounds like you were able to successfully reconnect your email account and can now select it for your campaigns. If you need to set it as your default account for future use, you can do so in the Connections settings.
Then clicking the reactivate button there takes me here with this error

Hey Hari, just a quick question about getting my gmail connected for the email campaigns, had a quick call with Larry yesterday to get set up and all went well and got connected. Today testing out the campaign my email has been disconnected and struggling to get it connected again
Do you have a workbook where you have a sequence set up? Would love to test out the connection on our end
Hey Sean! I've refreshed the connection and can see that you have the status "warming" on the account indicating the system is connected to your email. In the email sequencer, the warming status refers to the process of gradually building up your email domain and IP reputation to improve email deliverability and avoid spam filters.
Thanks for the refresh, on the Smartlead client portal it still reflects this, will that take some time to update?

hmm weird- can you try refreshing the page? 401 indicates your clay auth is expired; if it's persistent, then i can take a look it's loading ok for me when i check your account
Unfortunately couldn't get anything to work yet logout & refreshes, still loading on the account here
i'll look into this today, appreciate your patience on this!
hopefully that won't be necessary, i think it's some edge case i need to update in our auth checks
ok, was my bad- i introduced some changes on thursday that accidentally caused our auth checks to only allow Admins to see the campaign; now you should be able to access it since you're a workspace Editor should be fixed now!
