Hello! I am running into issues with my Clay and Outreach.io integration using "email address" as the unique identifier; however it is not clear to me what is causing the issue. including a screenshot

When using email address as a unique identifier in Customer.io integration, there are a few key points to check: 1. Make sure the email value matches exactly with the 'email' attribute in Customer.io. 2. Consider that if both email and ID are provided in the integration, the ID will take priority over the email address. 3. If you're only trying to update existing records, check if you have enabled the "update only" toggle - when enabled, new records won't be created.
