"Ungrouping" a set of column groups triggers ALL of the columns to run (not cool) -- just burned 3700 credits in the process
To prevent unintended credit usage when ungrouping columns: Turn off auto-update before making structural changes: ** Click the three dots next to your table name → select "Auto-Update Columns" to disable ** Or disable at column level: go to Run Settings and toggle off Auto-Update Test first on small samples (5-10 rows) before scaling operations Use conditional runs to control when enrichments trigger: * Go to Run Settings → add conditions in "Only run if" box For future prevention: always test enrichments on a few rows before updating entire tables, and keep auto-update disabled while building your table setup
Hey Matthew - Definitely understand the frustration here and I'll flag this internally. We're definitely excited you are using Clay and in that spirit, I've just refunded you the 3700 credits you spent. Hope this helps!
Thank you so much
much appreciated
Hari, I think you may have refunded a different account (my slack email is different). Any chance you can refund my other account? I dm'd you the primary email
Hey Matthew - Happy to make the correction, are you referring to the Deal Deploy workspace? There's a few attached to that account so want to make sure we use the right one
Yes -- that is the correct workspace -- thank you!
Sounds good -- Just made that change!
Appreciate it Hari
