Hello Clay support team - our Salesforce connection was recently set up in Clay. When I "Import from CRM" and select "All accounts" I am missing a majority of the records. Can you please advise? Thanks in advance!
When importing from Salesforce lists, you're no longer limited to 2,000 records—unless you're using a SOQL-incompatible list view. [1]
If your "All accounts" view uses unsupported operators (like "contains"), it becomes SOQL-incompatible and caps at 2,000 records. [2]
To fix this:
Create a new list view on your Account object
Use only SOQL-compatible filters (basic operators: =, <, >, >=, <=)
Avoid "contains" and similar unsupported operators
Import from this new view
This should allow you to pull all your accounts without the limitation. [3]

I am seeing a little over 5k records total but it should be much more than that. I followed the process outlined in the guide.
If you're seeing only 5k records when you expect more, your "All accounts" list view may still be SOQL-incompatible, which limits imports to 2,000 records (though you're seeing more, suggesting partial compatibility issues). [1]
Double-check your list view filters:
Ensure you're using only basic operators: =, <, >, >=, <=
Remove any "contains," "starts with," or similar operators
Verify no complex filter logic that breaks SOQL compatibility
Try this:
Create a brand new list view with minimal, simple filters
Test importing from that view
If it pulls all records, gradually add filters back to identify which one causes the limitation [2]
If the issue persists after confirming SOQL-compatible filters, ask to speak with a human for further troubleshooting.
