To fix this:

Click the column header of "Find Work email"
2.
Review the run conditions in the "Run Settings" section
3.
Click the "explain" button to see why the run condition wasn't met

Adjust your conditions to align with your data, or remove them if they're too restrictive
You can also right-click the column and select Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors to retry failed rows. [1]
