Hi! New Clay user and trying to figure out the best way to adapt it for the use case. Background: We are looking for very specific decision makers in the operations function, usually titles containing "Fleet Manager, Vessel Manager, Head of Operations, etc" in shipping companies. With Clay, would there be a way to find email addresses of people in companies which we have the domain of who hit the criteria of the titles we define. If so, how would I do this?
This table doesnt have much to do with the question - trying to figure out how to best set up the table, data providers to use, etc
This is a good use case Justin. Welcome! I'm trying to do something similar, and it's definitely a tinkering process
Where are these people found? Linkedin or another place?
Do you have a list of shipping companies, specifically, or is it specific regions etc.?
You may set up a Linkedin Search for that specific title, find the individuals' linkedin, and then run a email/phone number enrichment to get their phone number and email. Clay can do all of this. Then... you might go a layer deeper and have Clay craft an automated email to them that is personalized by company name, title they have, pain related to that title, and more.
Hey Justin, thanks for reaching out! Awesome breakdown, Matt!Yep, this could be done within Clay but it depends on how you would usually start your search. If you just need people with those titles, then running a search with our Find People from LI tool could help out and then snowball further enrichments like the work email waterfall Matt mentioned above. Let me know if you have additional questions!
