Is clay down? I can't access my account
Clay aims for 99.9% uptime, but occasional outages or access issues can occur. If you can't access your account, try these steps:
Log out and log back in.
Hard refresh your browser (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+F5 on PC).
Try an incognito window.
If you see a "session expired" error, follow the above steps and restart your browser extension if needed.
If you use Google to sign in, make sure to use the "Continue with Google" option. If you’re not receiving password reset emails, it’s likely your account uses Google Authentication, and password resets won’t work in that case. If your account is locked, it may be due to security measures. If you still can’t access your account, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat. [1]

If logging out, refreshing, and using an incognito window haven't resolved your access issue, here are some additional things to consider:
If your account was created using Google Authentication, you must use the "Continue with Google" option to log in. Password reset emails won't work for Google-authenticated accounts .
If you’re not receiving password reset emails, it’s likely due to using Google Authentication. Customers cannot change their login method on their own; switching requires human support .
Your account may be locked due to security measures, especially if there’s been unusual activity or spam prevention actions .

Hi Maaz, there are no known widespread Clay outages at this time. I just looked in and I'm able to open your account still.
I'd make sure to check your network connection, refresh page, and worst case close out the page and reopen with the Clay domain again!
