I’m having issues using the ZoomInfo Enrich Contact enrichment inside of a waterfall. I keep getting an empty list for the Waterfall output and can’t save the waterfall.
Empty waterfall outputs typically occur when providers don't return the specific data point you're looking for. Even if an enrichment is successful, if it doesn't contain your target data point, the waterfall continues to the next provider. To troubleshoot: 1. Test with 10 rows first - Always start by testing 10 rows to review results before scaling. 2. Check provider columns - Looking at your provider columns is the quickest way to understand how a waterfall is working. These show you what each provider returned. 3. Verify input data - Ensure you've entered the required data inputs like email addresses or social profile URLs correctly. 4. Review waterfall sequence - You can reorder, add, or delete providers in your waterfall configuration. Try toggling off providers that aren't working. If you're still unable to save, there may be a configuration issue with your waterfall setup that needs human assistance.

Hello Matt! Thanks for reaching out. The caveat with creating custom waterfalls is that you may not be able to add steps where you use your own account. The reason being generally in the output, we have an output schema we select out of (email for work email waterfall etc). Since your account is connected to this particular data provider, we do not have access to the output schema and hence it displays no options to choose output from. Hope that makes sense. This is a known limitation the engineers are currently working to solve! Right now the best solution might be to not use the waterfall for such integrations! I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed. Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble. Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
