Is there some global issue of not running AI columns? Run a table which already takes an hour
AI columns getting stuck is a common issue, especially with larger tables. Try these fixes:
For queued columns:
Click the column header → hover over "Run column" → select "Force" to jump start it
Or try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
For stuck cells:
Click individual cells showing "waiting for inputs" and hit "re-run this cell"
Toggle auto-update off and on again
For large tables:
The "queued" issue often happens when columns are changed multiple times or runs are stopped midway. Create a duplicate column, filter for empty rows, run AI on those, then merge the results
No additional charges apply when re-running stuck rows
Did that answer your question?
Yup, not working foe a bunch of people.
I'm sorry to hear that the issue is affecting multiple users. Could you share more details about your table or any error messages you see? This will help me understand the problem better and assist you further.
I apologize again for the inconvenience with the AI columns not running properly. Would you like to provide more details about your table or the specific issues you're encountering so I can assist you further?
Hey there. We’re currently investigating an issue affecting AI columns. These columns may load indefinitely without returning results. Our engineering team is actively working on a fix, and we’ll keep you updated. We also have a status page up here: https://status.clay.com/ Truly sorry for the inconvenience🙏🏽.
Hey there. This issue has been mitigated and the affected AI actions should now process as expected. However, we're still investigating the root cause and monitoring performance.
We’ll share another update as soon as we have more information. Thanks for your patience while we work on this🙏🏽.
