Hi Team, Since this morning I have an Issue with Reply.io API Connection I'm unable to connect Reply.io via API key. Getting "unable to run validation" error. Steps I've tried:
Checked API key in Reply.io settings
Generated new API key
Tested multiple valid keys
All keys fail validation in Clay
Screenshot attached. Need help resolving this please.
For Reply.io API validation issues, verify these key requirements:
API Key Setup:
Copy your API key from Reply.io Settings > API Key [1]
Add it in Clay under Settings > Connections or via any Reply.io integration panel
Common API Key Issues:
Ensure the API key is active and correct [2]
Verify the API key has proper permissions for the specific endpoint
Check if the API key is authorized for the integration you're trying to use
Additional Requirement:
You need an existing active campaign in Reply.io before connecting, as Clay can add contacts to existing campaigns but cannot create campaigns directly
If the API key appears valid in Reply.io but still fails validation in Clay, the issue may be with endpoint permissions or API key scope configuration on Reply.io's side.

try regenerating the API key again and ensure you are using the API key not the UI token in Clay’s integration settings.
Hey Leonid- have you tried saving the key without verifying it's connection and then using it in a table?
I've tried new generated key. connection issue appears in the column settings as well
could you send me that table link?
