Hi -- my team's explorer plan subscription was supposed to renew today. The receipt says that we paid, but it's currently showing that we have 0/10,000 credits remaining. any idea what the issue might be? i can't imagine that any of our tables used that many credits in the first day of our renewal period

Hello Will! I apologize for the inconvenience here. I am not seeing any usage for today, which indicates that the workspace was not assigned the credits. I will check back on the case tomorrow but right now it looks like an issue on our end. I just added the 10k credits to the workspace corresponding to this month's subscription.
