My company would like to pay for me via an official invoice. Can you help me generate an official invoice for the Explorer license please? Please send me an email I could use here.
Hi Salma - thank you for reaching out and for your patience here. Jumping in for Nicole. Typically our invoicing facility is available only if billing a minimum of $10,000 annually. I am still going to double check with our finance team if we are able to make an exception here but it is unlikely so will not make any promises to you at the moment. Please allow me some time to get back with a confirmation.
Hi Salma - I checked with the team and unfortunately we are unable to provide an invoicing facility here based on the reason I stated above. I would urge you to pay via card which is the standard payment method for our self-serve plans.
If you do plan to upgrade to an annual plan with a subscription value of at least $USD 10K in the future, we will be happy to make this facility available to you. Thank you!
