Yes! Both company search tools let you preview results before spending credits.
For Find Companies: Click "Preview Companies" to see your results and check list size before importing. [1] You can scroll through the preview to verify companies match your criteria. [2]
For Google Maps/OpenMart: The search tools show you the total number of results that match your criteria directly in the interface. Google Maps returns up to 1,000 results by default, and you can see this count as results load. [3]

You're right - Sculptor is correct about Openmart. Unlike our Find Companies tool which shows preview counts, Openmart doesn't display total results before running the search. [1]
For Google Maps searches, you can see up to 1,000 results as they load in real-time, but Openmart works differently - you need to run it to see how many results exist. [2]
To estimate your HVAC search size: set the limit to 1,000 and run it. If you get exactly 1,000 results, there are likely more available. If you get fewer, that's your total.

can i add 2 sources for companies in a given table ( lcoal busineses and find companeies native)?

Yes! You can add multiple sources to the same table. You can combine local businesses (Google Maps) and Find Companies data in one table. [1]
To add a second source to your existing table:
1. Click Actions → Import
2. Search for your desired source (Find Companies or Google Maps)
3. Configure and import
This is actually a great approach - using Google Maps for small local businesses and Find Companies for larger companies with stronger online presence gives you comprehensive coverage.

how much does finding companies with google maps cost per row?

Google Maps has two options:
Free version: 0 credits per row - limited to 200 results [1]
Preferred Google API: 1 credit per result - can return more than 200 results and is more accurate [2]
You can toggle between them when setting up your Google Maps source. The basic prospecting itself is always free - you only pay for the enhanced API if you choose it. [3] [4]

Seems like local busines search doesnt work or i have it configured incorrectly. When I click refresh nothing happens. thouhgts?

The grayed-out Submit button means you haven't filled in the required inputs yet. [1]
You need to:
1.
Set a Location (city, neighborhood, or address)
2.
Choose either Free Text Search or Business Type Search
3.
Define your search radius
For your HVAC search, use Business Type Search and select the HVAC category - it's more accurate than free text.
If the refresh button still isn't working after filling inputs, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.
