Can I use clay to write emails according to different criteria. If yes, is there any tutorial. I want to write email based on certain condion.

Yes! You can write conditional emails in Clay using Conditional Snippets. These let you display different content based on your data criteria. [1]
Here's how:
1.
Type / in your message body to open the conditional snippet panel
2.
Set conditions using Where fields (like checking if First Name exists or Company Name contains specific text)
3.
Define "If" content for when conditions are met (e.g., Hey {{First Name}})
4.
Set "Else" fallback content (e.g., Hey there) [2]
You can combine multiple conditions using AND/OR operators and use comparison operators to check if fields equal, contain, or don't equal specific values.
