To receive the 3,000 referral credits, you must activate a paying workspace after signing up with the referral link.
The referral credits are only awarded when you become a paying customer, not just for signing up. If you've subscribed to a paid plan but still don't see the credits, check your workspace settings under "Referrals" to monitor your referral status.
If you used the referral link correctly and have a paid subscription but still haven't received credits, you may need human assistance to resolve this issue.

What did the referral code promise you that isn't working?
yeah it directed me to the clay homepage as well when i initially clicked on it. my thought was the "via=e67eed" identified it as a specific referral link, but maybe not.
