What's the best way to automate removing rows from a table? I have a HubSpot list that is automatically syncing to a Clay table. As it automatically refreshes, it doesn't seem to delete old rows with people who are no longer on the list, only add new rows for people who get added to the list.
Auto-delete is available for Enterprise Plan users and only works with webhook-based tables, not direct HubSpot integrations. To enable it: Open your table, click the title, select "Enable auto-delete," toggle on "Automatic row deletion," and save changes. This feature processes incoming data, enriches it, forwards it to a destination, then deletes original entries to keep tables manageable. Since your HubSpot sync isn't webhook-based, auto-delete won't work for your current setup. You'd need to restructure your workflow using webhooks to access this functionality.
If that really is the only way, which is what my research has shown, then it's helpful. If that's the case, then I'm curious - is there a way to monitor job changes for a subset of a table?
Hi Dan - thanks so much for reaching out. To clarify, the auto-delete functionality is currently only available for Enterprise plans. If you'd like to monitor job changes for a subset of a table, you could apply a filter and create a new view, then run the job change signal on that subset. Hope that helps - let me know if you have more questions!
Thanks!
Of course! Anything else I can help with?
