I keep getting this error: Failed after 6 attempts. Last error: Number of concurrent connections has exceeded your rate limit. Please try again later or contact sales at https://www.anthropic.com/contact-sales to discuss your options for a rate limit increase. Is there a way I can control how many cells in Clay run at once? Do I just need to do this in small batches? I don’t see a way to set any kind of rate limiting (this is an AI enrichment column).
Yes, you can control API request rates in your AI enrichment column: 1. Go to the enrichment column settings 2. Scroll to "Step 8: Define rate limit" 3. Set a "Request Limit" (max number of requests) 4. Set "Duration (in ms)" (time window for those requests) This prevents exceeding API rate limits. Alternatively, process data in smaller batches (around 50 rows at a time) instead of running the entire table at once.
