Hi Team! We're facing an issue with the Sandbox mode.
We just finalized a table while working in Sandbox, but when we switched back to the main view, none of the changes were saved or applied. It seems like the work simply disappeared.
Is there a way to recover these changes or check the history?
Table Link: here Thanks for the help!
Unfortunately, this is expected behavior in Sandbox mode. When you turn off sandbox mode, all unpublished changes are automatically discarded and cannot be recovered. [1]
To save your work, you need to publish changes before switching back to the main view. Click "Publish to production" or "Review changes" to apply structural changes like new columns, formulas, or enrichment configurations to your live table.
However, manually added rows and individual cell data overrides won't be published - only structural column changes transfer over. Clay doesn't track row history or deletions, so there's no way to recover the lost data.
You'll need to recreate the work in your live table or re-enable sandbox mode and redo the changes, remembering to publish before switching back.
If you need any more help with managing your Sandbox mode or publishing changes, please let me know. Would you like to share more details about what you're trying to achieve or any other issues you're facing?
