How to map the domain field from Clay to Instantly's website field?
When setting up the Instantly enrichment in Clay, you'll map your domain column to the website field during the field configuration step. [1]
Add the Instantly enrichment to your table, select your campaign, then in the field mapping section you'll see options to map Clay columns to Instantly fields. Simply select your domain column from Clay and map it to the "website" field in Instantly.
Make sure you're using the correct column name from your Clay table to avoid any "missing input" errors.

Mapped the domain into custom field accurate
Great! It sounds like you successfully mapped your domain column to a custom field in Instantly. When mapping columns, make sure the domain data is properly formatted and populated to avoid any "missing input" errors.
If you need to adjust the mapping later, you can update it through the field configuration settings when setting up your Instantly integration. [1]

You're absolutely right! There is a built-in website field mapping. When you set up the "Add Lead to Campaign" enrichment with Instantly, you should see "Domain - Website" as one of the available data output fields. [1]
This means you can directly map your domain column from Clay to Instantly's website field without needing to use a custom field workaround. The direct connection should be available in the field mapping options when configuring the enrichment.

Hey,
If Instantly doesn’t expose a native “website” field in their integration, the only option right now is to create it as a custom field on their side. Once that custom field exists, you can map your Clay domain column into it.
Our team is aware of this gap, but for now the custom field route is the way to go.
Let me know if you have more questions.
