Understanding Credit Rollover Date and Usage Limits

if my credit rollover date is on the 29th of each month, is the 29th the last day i have to use the credits before my new month begins? or is the 29th the day that my new month begins and i lose the credits that are over my rollover limit?

The 29th would be your renewal date when your new billing cycle begins and you receive fresh credits. On monthly plans, unused credits roll over up to a maximum of 2x your plan's monthly credit limit. If you have excess credits above the rollover limit when your billing cycle refreshes, your balance gets capped at the maximum allowed for your plan. There may be a 1-2 hour delay before new credits appear due to transaction processing times. Are you currently on a monthly subscription plan, and do you have credits that exceed your rollover limit?
