when i was adding contacts to smartlead it was showing that it could not add the lead even though it had work email, here is a screenshot of the cell details, tell me the reason why please
There are a few common reasons why you might be unable to add a contact to Smartlead, even with a work email:
1. Duplicate prevention: If "Allow Duplicates" is turned off in your Smartlead settings, the system won't add or update duplicate leads.
2. Blocked lead: If the contact is already blocked in your account, it won't be processed.
3. Lead limit reached: You may have hit your account's lead limit. In this case, no new leads can be added until limits are increased or adjusted.

I see the issue here - the leads you're trying to push to smartlead have previously been added to your workspace so Smartlead is preventing you from adding them to your campaign by default:

If you turn this setting in the configuration of your action, you'll be able to push duplicates to smartlead, as you can see above.
