Is there a limit on the number of people with Find people from external search ?
Yes, there are limits based on your plan: ** Free plan: 2,500 profiles ** Starter plan: 5,000 profiles ** Explorer plan: 25,000 profiles ** Pro plan: 50,000 profiles Additionally, you can set a "Limit Results" parameter in each individual search, which defaults to 100 results but can go up to 250 (contact friends@clay.run to increase beyond 250).
I have the Pro plan and using it for 3500 profiles, there was an error but I will try again
For errors with Find People searches, try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Browser refresh: Use Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R to refresh your browser 2. Retry failed rows: Use the error retry option to run only the affected rows Since you're on the Pro plan with a 50,000 profile limit, your 3,500 profiles are well within your allowance. The error is likely temporary, so retrying should resolve it.

What if it takes longer then 90 minutes, message: Waiting for Sales Navigator search to complete. This may take up to 90 minutes. Found 2474 profiles; loading profiles for the 2nd time in 8 minutes. While waiting, you can do other things in Clay, or even close out of this window. Results will be populated when ready.
Since importing leads from Sales Navigator involves an External API, there's nothing we can do to make it run faster. The process can take anywhere from a few minutes to upwards of 30+ minutes, but sometimes longer. If it exceeds 90 minutes, you can use our Clip to Clay Chrome extension as a workaround to add LinkedIn profile URLs directly to your table. Once imported, use the "write to table" feature to transfer results to your preferred table.

Hi Hari K. ok, it's still loading. In my Sales Nav search results I see 3.500+ profiles while the message in Clay says 2474 profiles found. Where does this difference of 1000 profiles come from?
Are you using any profile-related filters (connections, etc)? This can sometimes cause issues. That being said, if the source is still running, it likely will populate the remaining 1000 in the next few minutes.
No only region and job title filters. I will wait until the profiles are loaded

Hey there! I can see that ~2500 contacts have populated from the search itself. Have you tried manually re-running at all? I think there may be inconsistencies here due to the replication of the search on the backend
Normally I would see rows with contacts, what do you suggest I do next?
