Hey team! I'm using the Find people at this company function and now enriching the contacts. I've done an email waterfall and now I'm doing the same for phone number but when I want to add this enrichment I get this (print attached). How do I continue? If I delete email columns then I might lose the email info from my contacts...
You don't need to delete your email columns to add phone number enrichment. Clay's waterfalls can enrich contacts with phone numbers, social profiles, and other data beyond just emails. For Apollo specifically, if you're seeing prompts about email columns, use the "write to table" feature to extract results into a new table, then run "Enrich Person From Apollo" there while mapping all necessary columns except the email column. This approach preserves your existing email data while adding phone numbers and other enrichments to build more complete contact profiles.

I'll give it a try tomorrow, thanks!
It worked, thanks! QQ as a follow-up, can I export my Clay contacts to a specific Hubspot list?
Hi Estefania,
There are a few ways you can accomplish this: *Method 1: Standard Export + Manual List Addition (recommended) Step 1: Export to HubSpot 1. In your Clay table, go to the CRM integrations section in the Enrichment Panel 2. Select "Create or Update Contact" for HubSpot 3. Configure which data fields to send to HubSpot 4. Use email address or HubSpot Contact ID to identify contacts Step 2: Add to Lists • Use HubSpot's interface to add the exported contacts to your desired list • This method is straightforward and doesn't require technical setup *Method 2: Advanced API Integration: (For Technical Users) Use Clay's HTTP API column with HubSpot's Lists API: 1. Look up the HubSpot record ID using a unique identifier 2. Use HubSpot's Lists API endpoint to add contacts directly to specific lists 3. Reference: HubSpot Lists API Documentation *Pro Tips 💡 • Use "Lookup Contact" first to check for existing contacts and prevent duplicates • This ensures cleaner data in your CRM Note: The standard Clay-HubSpot integration creates/updates contacts but doesn't directly assign list membership. The API method provides direct list control but requires more technical setup.
