Hi team, i have an issue - in multiple tables, when I try to re-run the Sales Navigator Source, it takes 15 and more, and then it returns an error message that it can’t get new leads. This happened in two tables that worked well before this. Can someone help?

I can see Clay trying, and re-trying the requests, but seems to be some error happening before the provider can complete the request.
I'll take a bit more time to explore this, and then likely bring to our engineers to dig in further.

Clay doesn't connect directly to LinkedIn. Not to get too much in the weeds, but it's essentially interpreting the Sales Navigator filters, and then running the same report through another data provider.
I see this has come up for another customer recently. And that's it's intermittent. A re-run may have better luck, but I'll share this with our engineers all the same, in case we or the provider can take some action to improve the results you're seeing here!

Which provider you are using for this purpose, because I thought it was linkedIn and this will influence my strategy?
We often can't share provider names, due to agreements with the data providers themselves. This is one of those cases.
Regardless, I've raised this to our engineering team, and will report back on their findings!
