Hi Clay S. I'm getting this error that my table is off — and the enrichment say "invalid input" even if every input looks good. But my table is actually live. What should I do?
The "invalid input" error despite your table being in Live mode suggests missing or invalid data in key fields. Check your enrichment columns for blank entries in critical fields like company domain, website URL, or company name.
To resolve this:
Check input fields: Open flagged rows and verify domain/company name columns are populated
Force run the enrichment: Click the column header, hover over "Run column," and select "Force" to restart the enrichment
Toggle auto-update: Turn auto-update off and on again, then accept the run prompt
The table notification might be misleading - focus on fixing the missing input data in your enrichment columns.
Is that what you were looking for?
Did that answer your question?

Thanks Amit K. I've tried to do this on this table under the C1 logo and C2 logo columns, but doesn't work: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/516733/workbooks/wb_0t2p0mbgZgmKTGxJHe3/tables/t_0t3sen7VqyFfdpgyubo/views/gv_0t2doj7F9eCVwU98kRB
Can you help pls?
Hey there! This row is actually running correctly, but the lookup is not finding any matching values here based on your table destination and row values.
We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.

it's impossible — the source rows have the logos. Can you please help me with this?
Hey there- he's a quick video explaining this! https://www.loom.com/share/752e9c586c994ed0964c95df7d5934a8
Amit K. thanks but your video is not clear.
In the comp vs comp table I want to look up Constant Contact logo url from the zeffy vs comp table (first screenshot)
If I go to the zeffy vs comp table I can see that the table HAS the Constant Contact logo url (second screenshot)
Can you tell me how to successfully pull it up in the first table? Thanks!
Hey, that’s not exactly how lookups work. You need a matching value between the two tables for the lookup to connect them.
For example, if you want to pull the Constant Contact logo URL from “zeffy vs comp” into “comp vs comp,” both tables need to share a common field — like Company Name or Domain — with the same value.
Here’s a quick walkthrough that shows how it works:
