Make sure both columns are run through the Normalised URL enrichment first so they’re in the exact same format (https/http, no trailing slashes). Also confirm there are no hidden spaces. Once both are normalized, the lookup should work.
If your lookup between tables isn't working, try these troubleshooting steps:
Force Rerun the Column: Click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it.
Delete and Recreate: If the issue persists, delete the affected column and create a fresh one, then re-map your data.
Check Column Configuration: Ensure your Target Column, Filter Operator, and Row Value are correctly configured. The lookup can only filter using one column at a time.
Note: Make sure "normalisedurl" is spelled correctly in your column name and that both tables contain the data you're trying to match.
