Hey all! Could you pls let me know quickly what is the best alternative of write to table (deprecated)?
Was that helpful?
If you need any more help with using the new "Send table data" feature or alternatives to the deprecated one, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve so I can support you further?
Done, how do I map each source-row column to the corresponding column in the new table?
If you still need help with mapping columns or any other aspect of using the "Send table data" feature, I’m here to assist. Would you like to share more about what you’re trying to accomplish so I can provide further support?
Is there a per-run cap (10) on the Send table data action?
No, there isn't a per-run cap of 10 rows on the "Send table data" action. [1]
The main limitations are:
You can send as many rows as needed in each run, subject to your table's overall row limits and available credits.
Did that answer your question?
Then why “Send table data” only creates 10 rows from list
Thanks for sharing that detail. Could you please provide more context about how you are using the "Send table data" feature with the list? This will help me understand the situation better and assist you further.
I’m sending jobs from a list column into a Jobs table and I’m consistently getting “Sent 10 rows” even when the list contains 19+ items. Context
Source table: Companies
Enrichment: Find Active Job Openings → returns a list (jobs)
Action: Send table data ▸ Method: “Send row for each item in a list”
Destination: Jobs table
Steps to reproduce
Run Find Active Job Openings on a company that returns 19 jobs.
Use Send table data with jobs as the list input and map fields (title/location/url/etc.) to Jobs.
Run the action.
Expected
All 19 list items are written as 19 rows to Jobs.
Actual
The action reports “Sent 10 rows” and stops at 10.

Hi Stef,
Thanks for reaching out to support. It looks like you are using "Write to Table" rather than "Send to Table", I believe this is what's causing your issue, try using "send table data" this should give you what you are looking for.
