Issue with Formula Outputting Today's Date in Table

Hi Support. I have a super simple formula to output today's date, and it shows correctly in the preview but then the table is incorrect when I save.

Refreshing did not fix the issue and if that is the case it should say today and not yesterday. Can I chat with a human?

Also when I push to Zapier the JSON is returning the correct date? So it just seems to be showing wrong inside of clay
