Hey Jordan, thanks for reaching out! After taking a look at your table I have a few recommendations to ensure you get more robust people results.
Instead of 85 bio filters, use only the most essential 3-5 bio keywords. Focus on broader, semantic terms rather than specific variations. Finally, remove redundant or overly specific bio criteria. Hope this helps!
Jordan - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
In the meantime, as a quick workaround to try, I recommend that you actually copy all of those filters that you had. I know you had 85 bio filters and I think 31 job titles. I suggest copying all of that, creating a new find people table, plugging in the same filters, and seeing if that solves your problem. Every once in a while, there's something strange going on in the background that we need to fix on the engineering side. But this can be a quick workaround if you're really in a pinch. Otherwise, I'll keep you updated as I know more from the engineering side.
I'll give that a shot
Great, thanks Jordan, appreciate your flexibility.
Keep me posted
I think I got it to work
Not sure what's going on with the other table, but good work around
I've raised your situation as a bug, so the engineering team is investigating, but I'm glad you were able to get unstuck.
