Hello Charles! Thanks for reaching out! Can you give some more context into the issue you are facing with connection ZoomInfo?
Trying to connect the account but it's not connecting even though our credentials are correct
Hey Charles!
I see you're getting an authorization error with the ZoomInfo integration. This is happening because your account (conrad.mckinnon@teamsense.com) doesn't have API access enabled with ZoomInfo. It is not a Clay issue.
Quick fix: Reach out to ZoomInfo's support and ask them to enable API access for your account so you can use it with Clay.
Once they enable it, the integration should work normally. This is something only ZoomInfo can fix on their end. Let me know if you need help with anything else!
Thanks! so it can't be done anywhere in their platform and we'd have to reach out?
Got it, I'll send a message to them
Yes, sounds good. It is a permission's thing on their end not ours. Do keep us updated!
