Follow the authentication process to sign in Common connection issues: ** Incorrect email or password ** Your ZoomInfo account doesn't have API access enabled ** You're using SSO (Single Sign-On), which isn't supported for API If you're still having trouble, contact ZoomInfo support to confirm your account has API access and get it unblocked. Alternatively, you can connect ZoomInfo directly when adding an enrichment by clicking Add enrichment, searching for ZoomInfo, and selecting *+ Add account in the modal.

I see you're getting an authorization error with the ZoomInfo integration. This is happening because your account (conrad.mckinnon@teamsense.com) doesn't have API access enabled with ZoomInfo. It is not a Clay issue.
Quick fix: Reach out to ZoomInfo's support and ask them to enable API access for your account so you can use it with Clay.
Once they enable it, the integration should work normally. This is something only ZoomInfo can fix on their end. Let me know if you need help with anything else!
