Hi there, could i get some help with rolled over credits please?
For monthly subscriptions, unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan's monthly limit. For example, if your plan allows 2000 credits and you have 500 left, you'll start the next month with 2500 credits. If you've downgraded or canceled, your credits remain until the end of your billing cycle, then get capped at 2x the new plan's limit. For annual plans, you receive all credits upfront to use whenever you want throughout the year. If you need more specific help, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
Hi there, This is not tied to a specific table, but I haven't been able to use credits for a while now, and it's possible that I might have already lost 10,000 credits. I also noticed that the rollover happens the day before the month ends. So I've realized that I've lost another 2,000 credits just today even though the month hasn't ended. Is there any way we can get a one-time exception to get back some of these credits? Thanks for your help, really appreciate it!

Every time I get reminded that credits are going to expire, it has already reset for the current month. For that reason, I've lost 2,000 credits/month for a number of months. Thanks for your help with this!
I’ve added the credits back for you this time - Your billing resets based on the original upgrade date, not the end of the calendar month — that’s why the credits reset earlier than expected. Just a heads-up: since you have multiple linked accounts, we won’t be able to offer this again. If you’re supporting other clients, it’s best to have them create their own accounts and then add you as a user. That way, credits and billing stay cleanly separated.
