Hi there, I just imported the data from one sheet to another and I don't know why my credits are getting charged for that. Can anyone help me out here. Here the URL - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/477930/tables/t_ZsVoX4cZ8jtX/views/gv_Wz8NV4qBsv7G
Moving or copying data between sheets in Clay doesn't normally use credits. Credits are only charged for data enrichment actions that involve getting new data from external providers. List building, prospecting, and data cleaning activities are free on Clay. We only charge credits when accessing external data like fundraising information, LinkedIn profiles, contact details, or using AI web scraping. If you're seeing unexpected credit charges, you may have accidentally enabled auto-enrichment during the import process. Double-check if any enrichment columns were added to your new sheet during the import.

There's another issue as well. The data hasn't completely loaded. The full name and the name of the company for almost 500+ companies haven't been updated on the sheet. Can you please connect me with a support agent so we can get on a zoom call and fix this?

Hi Aviral, You're seeing credit charges because the imported data had enrichments and adding them triggered those enrichments for work email, mobile phone, and AI data.
For the company names - they're actually there! Just click the column and you'll see them. If you made changes to the company table, you'll need to either re-run it or add a lookup to get those updates.
